Rebecca Jones has over 30 years of experience in management leadership.  Her diverse and broad experience includes business administration and development, as well as construction and project management including resource planning, staffing, finance, and safety.

Rebecca is a true entrepreneur who founded SafeworkCM and has led the company to success, by using her unique brand of effective organizational development, solid business planning and innovative marketing techniques.  The development of a service approach to construction management and long lasting business relationships have been her key focus since the company begin in 1992.

Domingo has over 20 years of experience in the construction services industry providing construction management of large-scale capital construction program and projects.  As President, Domingo is responsible for developing new services and sectors for the continued growth of the company.  He has been instrumental in creating a streamlined SafeworkCM ready to take advantage of new opportunities in our industry.  Domingo brings an intense focus on strategy and growth that will serve our clients and our company well in the coming years.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Sean’s exceptional abilities in strategic thinking and operational leadership add a critical element to SafeworkCM’s growth and future expansion. As executive vice president and a member of the executive leadership team, Sean is focused on making sure that the company’s organizational and performance goals are aligned across its market sectors, including transportation, education, disaster recovery, private development and federal. Prior to joining SafeworkCM, Sean was a senior market sector leader at a global engineering and construction firm where he led business strategy, growth and integrated delivery for Fortune 100 global technology clients. 

Jim O’Reilly
Vice President and Director of Operations

Jim’s experience managing complex construction projects is key in his role of Vice President and Director of Operations at SafeworkCM. A member of the company’s senior management team, Jim works closely with project teams across all of our market sectors to make sure that projects are efficiently managed, meet clients’ objectives, and exceed their expectations. 

Jim has more than 25 years of global construction experience having successfully managed multibillion-dollar programs and projects from planning and programming to design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Jim is a proven leader in the strategic restructuring of large organizations to increase operational efficiencies, enhance performance and functionality, and optimize productivity.
