Rebecca Jones has over 30 years of experience in management leadership.  Her diverse and broad experience includes business administration and development, as well as construction and project management including resource planning, staffing, finance, and safety.

Rebecca is a true entrepreneur who founded SafeworkCM and has led the company to success, by using her unique brand of effective organizational development, solid business planning and innovative marketing techniques.  The development of a service approach to construction management and long lasting business relationships have been her key focus since the company begin in 1992.

Executive Vice President, Operations and Safety

Greg brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a strong record of success on large construction programs, bringing professionalism and excellence in safety to this challenging field. His straight forward approach and understanding of complex programs and the role safety plays, are assets that have helped SafeworkCM and our clients win and perform on large and small projects and programs.  His collaborative approach to safety oversight has been successful in helping clients shape the culture of safety on projects.

Senior Vice President, PM/CM and Marketing

Yashar has over 16 years’ experience in the heavy civil, transportation, industrial, institutional and commercial construction sectors both nationally and internationally. His areas of expertise include business development, marketing, proposal and bid strategies, schedule planning, project budget control, preconstruction and construction services, and QA/QC management.  Yashar has been successful in developing and growing the company’s project management/construction management business lines and he is instrumental in continuing to shape SafeworkCM for the future.

Katy Jones
Director of Administration and Finance

Katy has nearly 10 years’ experience in corporate administration and finance and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She is responsible for all financial functions within the organization including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  In addition, she is responsible for overseeing human resources and developing SafeworkCM’s competitive benefit package and innovative employee retention program.   Katy has been instrumental in streamlining company processes and procedures and developing a progressive business structure to support the growing company.
